ProfileStyle is an extension for your web browser that will let you change your Facebook theme.
It installs in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. When you enter your Facebook profile by using your browser, you will see that the dashboard now has a new option, "Change your theme". By clicking on that option, ProfileStyle will show you the list of categories in which the available themes are grouped by type: Nature, Animals, Anime, Cars, Colors, Cartoons, Food, Gaming, Movies and TV, Places, Sports and a miscellaneous category, Uncategorized.
You will be able to access the list of themes that each category holds by clicking on the category name. The program will show you the name of each theme, and an image that will show you how your profile will look if you decide to pick that theme. "Theme", in this case, refers just to background images that you will see behind your Facebook stuff.
This program will just let you choose between the themes it offers. You will not be able to import themes from anywhere else.
